Join us for an intimate dining experience at Scott’s Seafood Roundhouse, where Executive Chef Nick Blessing will guide you through a multi-course tasting menu that celebrates California’s land and sea.

Each dish is crafted with peak-season local produce and paired with world-class culinary technique, transforming dinner into a journey through flavor, story, and place.

Your Culinary Journey Includes:

  • Amuse Bouche: Dressed Oyster with Humboldt Kumamoto oyster, compressed Asian pear, pear mignonette granita, fennel

  • Course One: Carrots — presented in multiple textures and techniques, from sous-vide with brown butter to carrot emulsion and black garlic

  • Course Two: Burrata En Salada with fresh figs, pickled grapes, California olive oil, aged balsamic, focaccia

  • Course Three: Scallop Cappelletti — house-made pasta with mussel, clam, chanterelles, corn dashi, and nasturtium
